After the Dire Hit adjustments, Natalia's effectiveness as a roamer has been affected, while her impact as a jungler in the mid-to-late game remains limited.We aim to improve this by reducing the downtime between Natalia's skills in the mid-to-late game.

Removed Natalia's Mana. Now, after Natalia enters a Bush, the remaining time for Natalia's Basic Attack to be enhanced will now be displayed where her Mana used to be.
Escaping the enemy's vision is a unique part of Natalia's gameplay. However, the rules surrounding how this works were often difficult to understand, and enemies had a hard time countering it. With this round of adjustments, we're making it easier for Natalia to enter and maintain her Camouflage state for ganking. We're also increasing visibility of this for the enemy, in the hopes that both sides will have a more enjoyable experience.
Meanwhile, we're adjusting Natalia's damage calculations to make things easier to understand and more effective.
Passive - Assassin Instinct
Removed Effect: Natalia conceals herself for 5s after remaining in the bush for 2s. She marks an enemy upon drawing close, increasing damage dealt from behind.
New Effect: Natalia camouflages herself after remaining in the bush for 1s. Taking damage will immediately end the Camouflage state. While she no longer marks enemies, she retains her Enhanced Basic Attacks for 1s after leaving the Camouflage state.
Initial Crit Damage: 140% → 150%
Enhanced Basic Attack's Damage: 200 + 130% Physical Attack → 200 + 110% Physical Attack
Fixed an issue where her Enhanced Basic Attacks wouldn't deal enough damage to Creeps or Turrets.
Skill 1 - Claw Dash
Damage: 185-260 + 40% Physical Attack → 250-350 + 50% Physical Attack
Skill 2 - Smoke Bomb
Slow Effect: 25%-50% → 25%-75%
Removed the Attack Speed boost.

Removed the Physical Attack increased for 3s upon casting.
New Effect: Crit Chance increases by 15-45% when the Ultimate is upgraded.

Optimized Natalia's Battle Setup. She now requires more Crit Chance and CD Reduction equipment.
We wanted to give other heroes a better chance against her, so we nerfed her ability to silence enemies and enhanced her Basic Attacks.
Passive - Assassin Instinct
Removed Slow Effect.
Silence Effect: Silences the target for 1s after marking them twice → Silences the target for 0.25s every time they are marked

Becomes Exposed to a Nearby Enemy: 2s after the enemy moved into range → 0.6s after the enemy moved into range.
Cannot be targeted by smart skill targeting or Basic Attacks.

Roaming Natalia's been rising in presence across all levels of play. We're slightly reducing her base damage while significantly increasing her jungling abilities.

Skill 1 - Claw Dash
Base Damage: 210-285 → 185-260
New Effect: Natalia's Skill 1 now always enjoys the damage bonus from her Passive when attacking creeps.
Ultimate - The Hunt
Extra Physical Attack: 20-50 → 15-35
New Effect: Natalia stores up to 2 skill charges. The charging time is reduced by 100% on hero kills and 50% on creep kills.
Knowing that she must first survive to have another chance at assassination, Natalia has learned survival skills from Tigreal.

Having taken everyone's suggestions into consideration, we've decided to keep all of Natalia's characteristics intact; however, we've changed how you silence enemies to delay silencing effects. We've also made her mid-to-late game damage dealing and survivability stronger. We hope this all serves to strengthen her overall performance a little, while still leaving room for enemies to deal with her.

Passive - Assassin Instinct
Natalia deals additional damage when attacking from behind (basic attack against creeps always triggers this bonus). In the bush, Natalia becomes Stealthed (she will be detected when being close to the enemy) if she has not taken or dealt any damage in several seconds. Dealing damage or leaving the bush for a while will break the concealment. Stealth increases Natalia's Movement SPD and enhances her next basic attack.
Ultimate - The Hunt
Natalia triggers Assassin Instinct and enters Stealth, empowering her basic attack and increasing her Physical ATK for several seconds. This skill can be used again in several seconds.

Extra Damage Bonus after being invisible adjusted from 25% of total Physical ATK → 100+10% of total Physical ATK
