For the Moskov revamp, we optimized his Ultimate to give him new possibilities while also nerfed his other skills by reducing their power. In addition, we redesigned Moskov's look, bringing him back to his best form.

Ultimate - Spear of Destruction
When Spear of Destruction hits an enemy hero, it creates a shadow behind them and refreshes the cooldown of Abyss Walker. You can use the Ultimate again to cast Abyss Walker from the shadow's location (shares the same cooldown as the normal skill).
The flying speed of Spear of Destruction is slightly increased. The spear becomes wider the longer the flight time.
Longest Slow Duration: 5s → 3s
Base Damage: 600-800 → 340-500. Penetrate Damage is now down to 1.1x Base Damage
Even though Moskov can extend his range by penetrating targets, he's still at more risk than other Marksmen in mid and late teamfights, so we're increasing his attack range. We've also updated his build recommendations.
Basic Attack
New Effect: The damage from Basic Attacks penetrating targets gain 100% of Attack Effects.
Range: 4.2 units → 4.5 units
Skill 2 - Spear of Misery
Range: 4.4 units → 4.5 units
Increased the effect of Moskov's Ultimate to match the high difficulty of hitting an enemy from afar; also slightly reduced his Skill 1's Attack Speed boost to balance out the previous buff to Inspire.

Attack Speed Boost: 1.4-1.7 Times → 1.3-1.5 Times
Ultimate - Spear of Destruction
30% Slow for 1.5s (Up to 90% Slow) → 50% Slow for 1s (Up to 5s)

Fixed an issue where the enhanced Basic Attack's attack range is slightly lower than normal Basic Attack's.

Stun durations when the target collides with enemy heroes/obstacles are unified to 1.5s.
Ultimate - Spear of Destruction
Enemies behind the primary target will also be slowed.
Slow Effect: 80% for 0.8s → 30%-90% for 1.5s (scales with flying distance)
Enhanced his ability to farm and fight in the early to mid game.

Ultimate (Revamped) - Spear of Destruction
Moskov throws out the Spear of Destruction after powering up shortly, dealing Physical Damage to enemies along a straight line. The spear disappears when hitting an enemy hero, dealing higher Physical Damage to enemies behind them.
