Masha is currently extremely weak in the early game and overly strong in the late game. We decided to keep her strength in the late game while adjusting the experience slightly.

We're happy to see Masha getting more usage after the previous adjustments. We've also found that she's too weak in the early and mid game. Masha is forced to play defensively against most other heroes on the EXP lane until level 4, and then relies on hero kills to grow enough to take down the enemy's squishy heroes in the late game. To remedy this, we want to try to increase her laning potential for a more streamlined early and mid game, while slightly nerfing her late game burst potential.

In the last Patch, we adjusted Masha's playstyle to make her a bit more difficult to play, which has resulted in her not being as strong as expected at the moment. We've fixed several of Masha's shortcomings, including being easily kited while her normal attacks don't hit, being vulnerable to continuous control that prevents her skills from being cast, and having difficulty building up her Energy before late game team fights due to long skill cooldowns and high HP Costs. We hope that the adjusted Masha can shine in the Jungle position. Corrosion Scythe, Sea Halberd, and Blade of Despair are recommended for early and mid game, along with the Ultimate reset from the Passive, she can kill the enemy over the Turret. Antique Cuirass and Athena's Shield are recommended for late game to improve her survivability.

We want Masha to be the one leading the charge and bravely fighting in a crowd, while maintaining her role as a Tank, Fighter, or DPS Berserker. In this patch, we've removed Masha's passive that doesn't grant Defense. Now she will enhance herself each time she loses an HP bar and reset her Ultimate for her to spam skills. We also optimized her Energy Regen experience, granting her better control over her HP.
Passive - Ancient Strength
When Masha only has two HP bars left, skills will only require half of their original HP Cost to cast. When Masha only has one HP bar left, she doesn't need to spend HP to cast skills.
Skill 1 - Wild Power
Passive: Masha gains Power of the Wild which causes her Basic Attacks to deal extra Physical Damage equal to a percentage of the enemy's Max HP.
Active: Masha spends some HP to increase her Movement and Attack Speed, enhance the next two Basic Attacks, increase the extra damage from Power of the Wild, and gain extra Energy.
Skill 2 - Howl Shock
Masha spends some HP to roar at enemies, dealing Physical Damage and reducing their Attack Speed.
Skill 3 - Thunderclap
Masha spends some HP to lunge at an enemy hero (immune to control effects during the lunge), dealing Physical Damage, slowing them, and knocking back nearby enemies. The cooldown of this skill will be reset each time Masha loses an HP bar.
Ultimate - Life Recovery
Masha gains Energy when dealing damage and can accumulate up to 100. She gains a great amount of Energy when hitting with her Skill 1. After leaving combat for 3s, Masha can spend 50 Energy to recover a full HP bar.
Masha's gameplay has changed significantly since the recent changes, and we felt it was necessary to enhance her early game laning abilities for more intense fighting. Tip: Masha now needs equipment that provides Attack Speed and Attack Effect bonuses instead of defensive bonuses.

As the only hero with 3 HP bars, Masha lacks the appropriate skills and strength when facing other heroes. We're making her more aggressive by differentiating her 3 HP bars and making each skill cast count, while allowing her to enter and exit the fight at will under certain conditions. In the meantime, players will have to be more careful with the timing of each skill cast (especially with only one HP bar left) as she has lost some of her durability advantages. We're also adding the Jungle as her secondary position and changing her default Battle Setup. (Masha needs equipment to provide extra Attack Speed and HP Regen rather than Defense.)

Revamped Effect: Masha consumes 25% of an HP bar to cast it, gaining Attack Speed and Movement Speed and enhancing her Basic Attack for 4s. Her Enhanced
Basic Attack deals extra damage based on the target's Max HP and restores her HP. Continuously hitting heroes or Creeps reduces the cooldown of her 1st skill.
Skill 2 - Howl Shock
Removed Effect: Disarm.
Requirements: No Cost → 10% of an HP Bar The projectiles now hit all enemies in the target area and can no longer be blocked by enemy heroes.
Ultimate - Life Recovery
Removed Effect: Control Immunity and Damage Reduction after charging.
New Effect: Slightly knocks back enemies around the target; disarms and slows the target for 2s.

Masha is still great at pushing lanes and soaking damage even during high-ranked play and so we're tuning her tankiness down a bit.

As a melee range Fighter, we've figured that it is fairly difficult for Masha to get in a close range to her target. Thus, we significantly reduced the CD of her ultimate so that she would have less trouble getting into the combat range. Moreover, we also boosted her early game fighting potential, hoping she can pose a threat after receiving her first damage equipment item. In return, we slightly reduced her late game potential and her damage reduction duration.

Others
At the same time, the calculation of the damage dealt to Creeps is modified (some extra damage dealt will have the limit), so that Masha's enhanced Basic Attack can deal higher damage to Creeps when the Crit Chance is triggered.
Now when Masha uses the Equipment Items - Rose Gold Meteor and Queen's Wings, the Equipment Unique Passive will be triggered based on the total HP of 3 HP bars.
Fixed an issue where the enemies would not attack Masha first when she had more than 1 HP bar.
