To balance this, we've reduced the shield effect granted to allies.

Removed the effect where the shield is periodically granted to nearby allied heroes. Shield can still be granted to nearby allied heroes when using skills.

In the last adjustment, we increased the efficiency of Lolita's Passive shield, but it also allowed her to gain too much win rate through equipment like Flask of the Oasis. In this adjustment, we aim to balance the benefits of her different Builds, making her a Support and Tank rather than a Mage with full Magic Builds. Therefore, we adjusted the calculation method of her Passive shield income and slightly weakened the strength of her Passive Shield.

For Lolita's revamp, we're optimizing the use and experience of all her skills, but considering her overpowered performance in top-level Ranked matches and pro matches, we're nerfing her damage and durability to balance things out.

Lolita and nearby allied units gain a shield every once in a while. They can now gain a shield while in combat.
Skill 1 - Power Charge
Lolita can now adjust position using Skill 1 while Skill 2 is active. Base Damage: 200-475 → 300-550 (Doubled against Minions)
Removed the part of damage determined by the target's Max HP.
Stun Duration: 0.8s → 0.5s
Skill 2 - Guardian's Reflection
Lolita's shield not only blocks but also reflects all incoming ranged Basic Attacks and projectiles, but it breaks after taking a certain amount of damage.
Ultimate - Noumenon Blast
Even if the charging is interrupted, Lolita can still stun enemies according to the charging duration.
If Lolita is interrupted by a CC skill while channelling her Ultimate, she will immediately cast it. The damage and stun duration will be based on the channelling time when she's interrupted.
Slow Effect: 70% → 50%
Damage: 720-1280 + 200% Total Physical Attack → 500-900 + 100% Total Physical Attack
Cooldown: 48s-38s → 55-45s

Special effect only affect minions now, no longer affects the summonings.

Added visual effects when Lolita charges her Ultimate. Now it's possible to distinguish the Ultimate released by the Lolita in the enemy team.

Now this skill can be interrupted if she's transformed or knocked to airborne by force when she's raising her shield.
