Joy can cast her Ultimate after getting enough Beat Energy, and the control immunity makes it difficult for enemy heroes to counter it. We want to remove the control immunity, making Joy players to be more cautious when entering a fight. Her Ultimate damage will also be increased for balance

Experimental adjustments: We wanted to make it easier for Joy's opponents to deal with her, while at the same time making her less difficult to play. Joy's enemy can now interrupt her Skill 2 with CCs. Joy should now look for the right time to enter the fight. But she still has options if her Skill 2 is interrupted.

Her Ultimate now unlocks after she casts her Skill 2 on beat once, but her Ultimate damage still scales with the number of Skill 2 casts on beat.
New Effect: Her Ultimate with 4 Skill 2 casts on beat makes her immune to control effects during the Ultimate.
Cooldown: 40-24s → 24s at all levels
Damage: 150-270 + 55% Total Magic Power → 135-235 + 50% Total Magic Power
Multiple skill hits on the same target will deal 20% less damage each time, down to 20% → 15% less damage each time, down to 40%.

Joy has impressive durability, but her burst potential is a bit lacking in the mid-to-late game. As such, we're making it harder for her to gain durability while increasing her damage to fit her role as an Assassin.

New Effect: Joy's skills now deal an additional instance of damage each time they hit a non-Minion unit.

Passive -  Humph, Joy's Angry!
Joy gains extra Movement Speed and a shield each time her skills deal damage to non-minion enemies. This effect can only be triggered once every 4s on the same enemy.
Skill 1 -  Look, Leonin Crystal!
Joy summons a Leonin Crystal at the target location, dealing Magic Damage to nearby enemies. The Leonin Crystal can be used as a springboard for Joy's Skill 2.
Skill 2 -  Meow, Rhythm of Joy!
Joy dashes in the target direction, dealing Magic Damage to enemies in her path.
Hitting an enemy allows Joy to enter Beat Time!, during which she's immune to control effects and can cast this skill again. Casting Skill 2 on the beat increases the skill's damage.
Ultimate -  Ha, Electrifying Beats!
The Ultimate unlocks after Joy casts her Skill 2 five times in succession. Joy removes all control effects on herself, gains Movement Speed, and deals damage to nearby enemies 8 times over 4s. Each Skill 2 cast on the beat increases the Ultimate's damage.
