In the current patch, Beatrix's Bennett outshines her other weapons. We aim to balance the effectiveness of her different weapons.
Basic Attack NERF
Bennett's Basic Attack Damage: 232%-330% of Total Physical Attack >> 230%-300% of Total Physical Attack
Nibiru's Attack Effect inheritance ratio per bullet: 22% >> 25%
Wesker's Attack Effect inheritance ratio per bullet: 22% >> 35%
Fixed an issue where some bullets of Basic Attacks with Wesker would be lost at certain distances.

The nerf to Beatrix in the previous patch was a little harsh, so we slightly tuned back these changes and further increased the usage for the Bennett.

Beatrix can switch weapons to adapt to various situations and stay competitive, so it's quite hard to deal with her for the other side. Thus, we decided to restrain her abilities a little bit tweaking her reloading style (higher Attack Speed bonus), making it more difficult to deal the most damage possible (nerfing her aim or max damage), and optimizing her on other suboptimal experience. We want to make her difficult-to-maneuver skills easier to aim and increase the power of her less popular weapons.
Basic Attack
[All Weapons] Reloading time slightly increased.
Reloading time now decreases greatly as Attack Speed increases.
Passive
 Mechanical Genius - Renner
Damage: 350-525% Physical Attack → 365-400% Physical Attack
Hitbox increased to 1.5 times the original.
You can now swipe to get the skill indicator while she's reloading (indicator is red while reloading).
 Mechanical Genius - Wesker
Damage: 125-195% Physical Attack → 150%-220% Physical Attack
Hitbox Width: Reduced to 75% initial hitbox width.
Damage of Successive Hits: Each decays by 70% until the damage reaches to 40% initial damage → Each deals 25% initial damage. (The total damage she can make at close distances is greatly reduced, and she must be fairly close to hit with multiple hits. This prevents Wesker from producing too high damage at close distances).

Damage: 180-320% Physical Attack → 230-300% Physical Attack
Slow Effect: 30% → 40%
 Mechanical Genius - Nibiru
Damage: 50-67.5% Physical Attack → 52.5-70% Physical Attack
Ultimate(Renner) -  Renner's Apathy
Aim Time: 20s → 8s
Lifesteal: 50% → 25%
Canceling a cast only loses 50% Cooldown.
Ultimate(Wesker) -  Wesker's Elation
Damage: 295-445 + 110% Physical Attack → 350-550 + 130% Physical Attack
Hitbox Width: Reduced to 75% initial hitbox width.
Damage of Successive Hits: 75%, 50% and 25% initial damage (remains at 25% for all the successive hits) → Each deals 25% initial damage. (The total damage she can make at close distances is greatly reduced, and she must be fairly close to hit with multiple hits).
Lifesteal Gain: 50% → 25%

Slow Effect: 30% → 40%

Damage: 6 times → 10 times
Damage Per Hit: 200-320 + 60% Physical Attack → 130-210 + 40% Physical Attack
Damage per hit reduced by around 35%; total damage increased by around 10%.

With multiple firearms at her disposal, Beatrix's been a top choice in almost all levels of play. To give other Marksmen more play time on the battlefield, we're applying another nerf on her early game dominance and mid-to-late sustainability.

Basic Attack damage in the early game greatly reduced, late-game damage slightly increased. Beatrix is still able to gain an advantage in the early game with her double Ultimates, but can no longer dish out consistent heavy attacks as she previously did. We realized that playing as Beatrix was a little extreme; in the early game she could exert a lot of pressure upon enemies, creating a snowball effect as she got stronger and stronger. And if this early-game opportunity was missed out on (as it was in most cases), it'd be difficult for her to be of use in teamfights. With this round of changes, we hope to nerf her early-game performance (readjusting some of the previous nerfs) and buff her in the late-game as appropriate.

Beatrix's unique Basic Attack mechanism means that, in certain circumstances, she can benefit more from Basic Attacks than the average Marksman. In this round of updates, we've mainly focused on Beatrix's destructive power against non-hero units, working to make her strength more balanced in certain situations.

Reduced her damage dealt to Turrets (excluding Nibiru).
Reduced the amount of HP she gains from Physical Lifesteal (excluding Nibiru)

Passive (Basic Attack)
 Mechanical Genius - Renner
Charge, aim and fire Renner to shoot a bullet that deals high damage.
 Mechanical Genius - Bennett
Shoots a bullet at a designated location to slow down and damage enemies within range.
 Mechanical Genius - Wesker
Shoots bullets forwards, which can hit the same target multiple times.
 Mechanical Genius - Nibiru
Let loose a volley of 4 shots at the target.
Skill 1 - Coordination Coordination
Beatrix swaps her primary weapon with the secondary she has slung over her back, gaining an all-new way to attack.
Skill 2 -  Tactical Reposition
Beatrix dashes toward the designated direction, fully reloading her weapon.
Ultimate
 Renner's Apathy
Beatrix wields Renner calmly upon the battlefield, firing shots in the targeted direction that deal high Physical Damage to the first enemy hero hit.
 Bennett's Rage
Beatrix focuses her rage, and has Bennett rain down a bombardment in a set area 5 times. Each bombardment slows the target and deals Physical Damage to enemies hit (this damage decaying when hitting the same target multiple times).
 Wesker's Elation
Beatrix raises Wesker and unleashes heavy fire ahead, dealing Physical Damage to enemies hit.
 Nibiru's Passion
Beatrix squeezes the trigger to greet oncoming enemies with a 6-shot volley from Nibiru, inflicting Physical Damage on each hit.
Special Skill -  Need Backup
Having escaped battle. Beatrix calls for her butler Morgan to provide her with a backup weapons crate. Beatrix must then choose two from the crate to serve as her primary and secondary weapons. Her weapon selection is interrupted if she commits any action or is controlled during this period.
