Wanwan still has incredible agility. We tried to reduce her jump speed to balance it out, but it really affected her control experience. This time we will reduce her jump distance to weaken her ability to chase and kite with minimal impact on her control experience.

We reduced Wanwan's dash speed in the last few patches to make it easier for her opponents. However, since we increased the cooldown of her control removal ability, the dash speed nerf seemed unnecessary. So we're reverting Wanwan's dash speed change to improve her gameplay.
Passive - Tiger Pace
Increased how much Wanwan's dash speed increases with her Attack Speed to bring it in line with the pre-nerf version.
It is very difficult to counter a Marksman hero with unlimited dashes and control removal. In the past, we have tried different approaches to balance this between pro matches and top-level Ranked matches but none of them worked as intended. This time, we decided to adjust Wanwan's skill 2, which will require Wanwan players to be more careful about when to use this skill. However, we have also increased Wanwan's damage and mobility in the hopes that she will perform differently depending on the skill of the player.
Passive - Tiger Pace
Basic Attack Damage: 100% Total Physical Attack → 110% Total Physical Attack (Also inherit 110% Attack Effect)
Increased the interval between Basic Attacks while standing still. The speed of Basic Attacks while dashing with her Passive remains the same.
Slightly increased how much her dash speed increases with her Attack Speed.

The recent Basic Attack updates have greatly enhanced Wanwan's ability to dash continuously, giving her too much mobility and survivability in the late game so we're nerfing this aspect for balance.

Slightly lower the Movement Speed bonus gained from her Attack Speed.
With fewer Weaknesses to hit, more players have been enjoying Wanwan, but it also made it harder for her opponents to counter her Ultimate. Therefore, we want to make it easier to escape her Ultimate while not affecting her power. After the changes, the locked target can more easily get out of lock range, and frontline heroes can move to block Wanwan's crossbow attacks to tank the damage. To compensate, we buffed Wanwan's damage, and how much she gains from Movement Speed bonuses in the early and mid game (Wanwan should get extra Movement Speed to take advantage of this).

Even with the previous nerfs, Wanwan still benefited too much from the new equipment, so we've made some additional adjustments.

We're adjusting Wanwan's skill 1 to make it easier for her enemies, especially Marksman, to counter her in battle. Meanwhile, we're making slight adjustments and optimizations to her Ultimate by lowering the gain from Attack Effects to balance Attack Effects gained from equipment.

If an enemy with all weaknesses hit is outside the Ultimate's range, Wanwan will correctly move towards the enemy.
Her mark effects will now be correctly activated if there's an enemy with all weaknesses hit within 7.5 units.
We had reduced her Passive from 4 to 3 stacks to give Wanwan more chances to use her Ultimate. We want to retain this change while still giving the enemy a greater chance to counter her. Wanwan will now need to choose her targets more carefully instead of just farming stacks in the front row and locking on to squishier targets farther back.
Ultimate - Crossbow of Tang
Cooldown: 40-34s → 50-42s
Her Ultimate can no longer be used on any target after breaking an enemy's weaknesses but must be used on that target.
Wanwan's been shining a bit too bright ever since we lowered the requirement to unlock her Ultimate. We expect the following adjustment to give victims caught by her Crossbow some room for counterplay.

We're glad to see that more and more players have mastered Wanwan since the last optimization, but she may have been rising too much in power. We're slightly nerfing her damage to address this.

Wanwan has been many players' favorite thanks to her fun skill mechanics, but the casting difficulty of her Ultimate may have been a bit too high all this time. In this patch, we're lowering the casting difficulty in hopes of letting more players better experience her charm.

Passive - Tiger Pace
Wanwan reveals the Weakness and the position of enemy Heroes hit by her weapons. She deals True Damage equal to the targets' Max HP when hitting their Weaknesses. If she hits all Weaknesses of the target, she will increase the damage dealt to the target. Wanwan can move a short distance when she throws a Sleeve Dart. The speed of this movement scales with the attack speed.
Skill 1 - Swallow's Path
Wanwan throws a Fire Swallow in a designated direction, dealing Physical Damage to enemies along the path and triggering Tiger Pace. For every several seconds, Wanwan restores a Swallow Dagger from the Fire Swallow, dealing Physical Damage to enemies in the path and slowing them down. The enemy hit by the Swallow Dagger twice will be stunned.
Skill 2 - Needles in Flowers
Wanwan removes all CC from herself immediately, triggers Tiger Pace and looes deadly needles to nearby enemies.
Ultimate - Crossbow of Tang
Wanwan activates her crossbow and shoots arrows to enemies. Each arrow deals Physical Damage. While the crossbow is activated, if Wanwan kills an enemy hero, she will switch to attacking another target, activate her crossbow for extra several more seconds, and increase her Attack Speed (capped at 3 times). When Wanwan takes back her crossbow or kills an enemy hero, Tiger Pace will be triggered. Crossbow of Tang can only be cast to enemies whose Weaknesses are all hit. The shooting of Crossbow of Tang will be regarded as Basic Attack. And the amount of the arrows she shoots scales with her Attack Speed.
