With her high HP Regen, strong survivability, and multiple control abilities, Ruby has gradually dominated Ranked matches across different ranks. We aim to slightly nerf her survivability.

Ruby can easily get Spell Vamp from Talents and Equipment in the early game, so we reduced her Base Spell Vamp. Since the short cooldown of her Skill 1 can keep her enemies slowed throughout the fight, we also adjusted the slow duration.

We're hoping to increase Ruby's damage potential while wearing attack equipment, while also increasing Skill 1's cast frequency.

Cooldown: 4s at all levels → 4-3s (scales with level)
Roger's passed on his recent burning fighting spirit to Ruby, and she's got even more capable with her scythe. Now she's nimbler than before and unleashes her moves with ease. Her obsession with offensive tactics means her jumping abilities have regressed somewhat, however.

As a special tank hero, Ruby can restore HP and enhance defense to absorb a large amount of damage by casting skills and leaping continuously. We would like to strengthen her feature. Therefore, we have greatly reduced the cooldown of mana regen speed of her Skill 1 but nerfed her in some other aspects in order to keep the balance. What's more, we have optimized the area of effect of her Skill 2 and the distance of her leaps to make the combo smoother.
