Given Phoveus's strong performance in recent tournaments and Ranked matches, we've decided to slightly nerf his power during the laning phase.

Hero Feature: A Fighter that pursues those who blink or dash.
We believe that frequently punishing enemies who blink or dash and performing continuous Ultimate are the core features of Phoveus. Therefore, we will retain these features in the revamped Phoveus while optimizing the experience and allowing Phoveus to be aggressive even when the enemy is short on Blinks or Charges.
We have completely redesigned all of Phoveus' skills. The goal is to give Phoveus more active abilities to force enemies to move. Addionally, when skills hit multiple enemies simultaneously,
Phoveus can cast his Ultimate back-to-back to turn the tide of battle.
Passive - Demonic Force
Phoveus' next Basic Attack allows him to charge at the enemy, knocking them back, dealing extra damage, and gaining a shield. Whenever an enemy hero blinks, dashes, or is displaced near Phoveus, the cooldown of Passive and his other skills will be reduced.
Skill 1 - Demonic Impact Demonic Impact
Phoveus slams his monolith into the ground, dealing damage to enemies in the area along with a short slow effect. If this skill hits an enemy, Phoveus' next Demonic Impact will leave behind an Astaros Eye and deal extra damage.
Skill 2 - Dark Wave Dark Wave
Phoveus lowers his monolith and unleashes a wave of demonic power in the target direction, knocking enemies airborne and dragging them toward him while dealing damage.
Ultimate - Infernal Pursuit Infernal Pursuit
No cooldown. Can only be used on the enemy hero hit by Demonic Force, enhanced Demonic Impact, and Dark Wave.
Phoveus leaps up and slams down at the target, dealing massive damage to enemies in the area while recovering a certain amount of his Lost HP.
We're hoping he gets more time in battles.

Damage: 250-500 + 100% Magic Power → 300-600 + 120% Magic Power

We want Phoveus to have a better chance at hitting heroes after they use their mobility skills.

Ultimate - Demonic Force
Base Damage: 660-980 → 600-920
Cooldown: 50-40s → 45-35s
Mana Cost: 90-120 → 70-100
We noticed that the battlefield changes limited Phoveus' power, so we have made some adjustments to help him deal more damage.

Cooldown: 3.5s → 2.5s
Ultimate - Demonic Force
Base Damage: 440-680 → 660-980
Magic Power Bonus: 150% → 180%
He punishes anyone who frequently uses Blink.
Passive - Demonic Intuition
Phoveus' weapon, "Astaros", holds mysterious powers and is exceptionally sensitive to fast-moving prey. When an enemy hero uses Blink or Charge skills near Astaros, it reduces all of Phoveus' skill cooldowns or charge time.
Skill 1 - Malefic Terror
Phoveus smashes the ground and unleashes "Astaros Dread" that deals damage. Upon hitting an enemy hero, Phoveus receives a Shield as well as a Movement Speed boost. If an enemy hero, creep or Phoveus himself touches (Astaros Dread). it will spread again. This skill gains charges at set intervals.
Skill 2 - Astaros Eye
Phoveus summons forth the "Astaros Eye" that deals damage. After a short delay, it starts shrinking and pulling all enemies on it into its center, dealing damage to them again.
Ultimate - Demonic Force
"Astaros" keeps a watchful gaze over the area around Phoveus. If it sees an enemy hero using Blink or Charge skills, it activates to cast a Mark upon them. During this time, Phoveus can rapidly Blink to their location to deliver an AOE blow as well as gain a Shield. Once Phoveus activates this effect, this skill can be cast, repeatedly before entering cooldown, as long as the required conditions are met.
